Specializing in Social Security & Disability Benefits

Prepare Your Case
Once your claim has been filed, we will begin the process of preparing your case.  This includes gathering all of your medical records and supporting documentation.  From the time a hearing is requested, it is currently taking approximately twelve (12) months to be heard by a judge.

What we do for you...

James G. Galli

Attorney At Law

File An Appeal

If for some reason the judge finds your claim unfavorable, Mr. McKee will discuss your personal situation and determine whether or not an appeal should be filed.

Free Consultation

This consultation is free with no obligations.  Mr. Galli will meet with you to discuss your health and medical background to determine your eligibility for Social Security disability benefits.  Even if you have already filed a claim and been denied, or are waiting for a hearing, we will be happy to discuss your case with you.

Prepare YOU For Your Hearing

It is very important that you, too, are prepared.  We will meet with you prior to  your hearing to discuss the final details of your case and to go over the proceedings so that you will know what to expect when you are before the judge.

The Hearing

Joshua McKee will accompany you to your hearing, present your case to the judge, and help you answer any questions that the judge may have for you.

File a Claim

If we determine that you may be eligible for Social Security disability benefits, we will help you fill out the paperwork required to file a claim with the Social Security office.  Please note that even though claims may take many months to be processed, we will continue to track it for you from the initial filing to the hearing.
